By using the services provided by OK Poop Scooper, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our dog waste removal services are offered on a recurring or one-time basis, depending on your selected plan. Clients must ensure we have unobstructed access to the service area, including unlocking gates and securing pets. If we are unable to access your property during the scheduled visit, the visit may be skipped and charges may still apply. We do not provide refunds for missed visits caused by lack of access or unsafe conditions.
Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept credit and debit cards and may use automatic billing for recurring services. Any past due accounts may result in paused service until payment is received. Services may be rescheduled or delayed due to extreme weather or holidays, and we will notify clients in such cases. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, non-payment, or ongoing access issues. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing property conditions, faulty gates, or landscaping obstacles. While we strive for complete removal of dog waste, environmental factors and heavy accumulation may limit results. By continuing to use our services, you accept all terms outlined herein and acknowledge that these terms may be updated at any time.
